Measuring range of oxygen concentration sensor

0-10,000 ppm/0-1,000 ppm belongs to the detection field of trace oxygen, which is mainly used for evacuating the equipments, or in high-risk industrial fields, where oxygen control is extremely high.
0-1000ppm/0-100ppm, which is extremely demanding oxygen content monitoring standard, has high detection accuracy for the whole oxygen detector. What is the concept of this measuring range? PPM is a proportional unit of one millionth. Therefore, this is an extremely small concentration. This measurement range of trace oxygen is also used in the detection of high-purity nitrogen, in order to verify the purity of nitrogen.
